I recently purchased my first property having Ginny as my mortgage broker, this was the best experience I could have had. From the moment we got in contact with Ginny he was kind, understanding and willing to listen to our needs. Going through the process was easy with Ginny he made us feel welcome and understood, he assisted us step by step with getting our pre approval and then renewing our pre approval when we did not purchase a property in time of the deadline. When we found our property that we decided to make an offer on Ginny was so excited for us and assisted us with any questions we had and to get our loan unconditionally approved.
